Join us for a restorative Sound Bath with the option to include acupuncture on select dates (November 13 and 16) - a soothing experience that invites you to slow down and return to balance. Surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums, you'll be gently guided through breathwork and meditation to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
Please bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, and whatever else makes you comfortable and relaxed.
