Smoke drift affecting Muskoka Parry Sound

Locally, we continue to see heavy smoke conditions in the Northeast Region of Ontario due to a large number of fires in eastern Ontario and Quebec. Smoke drift is travelling as far as north of Timmins, down through Sudbury and past Parry Sound.
Officials say that if you see smoke and are unsure if you should call it in, to look for a column of smoke, and then call 911.
Currently there are two fires in eastern Algonquin Park.
