Snow squall warning in effect for Muskoka & Almaguin Highlands
A snow squall warning is in effect for the listening area.
Environment Canada says snow squalls are expected Saturday into Sunday morning.
Snow squalls will develop today in strong southwesterly winds. These gusty winds will also lead to widespread blowing snow. Non-essential travel is discouraged as visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in bursts of heavy snow and blowing snow. Snow squalls will taper to scattered flurries by early Sunday morning.
