Hunters Bay Radio Bullock's Shopping Spree Contest Rules

Eligibility:
The Bullock's Shopping Spree Contest(the “Campaign”) is open only to individuals who enter at participating in-person events or through Hunters Bay Radio’s online platforms and who are 19 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Limit of one (1) qualified entry per person per event, or one (1) per day online. The Campaign is open to legal residents of Canada and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hunters Bay Radio, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible. This Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

Agreement to Rules:
By entering, each participant (“You”) agrees to abide by these rules and decisions made by Hunters Bay Radio, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.

Prize Details:
Only one (1) prize will be awarded (the “Prize”). The Prize will be awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitutions or exchanges will be made.

Consent to Publicity:
By accepting the Prize, you agree to allow Hunters Bay Radio to use your name, image, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Odds of Winning:
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification:
Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of Hunters Bay Radio and notified by phone or email. Hunters Bay Radio will not be responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact details, or other technical issues. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. Prize must be picked up within 30 days of the contest end date. Hunters Bay Radio will not ship or deliver the Prize.

Third-Party Disclosure:
By entering the Contest, you agree that your information may be shared with third-party partners associated with the contest.

Use of Content and Licensing Rights:
By submitting content (e.g., photos, text, videos), you grant Hunters Bay Radio and its partners the right to use your submission across any media worldwide for promotional purposes, without additional compensation or approval. You also confirm your submission is original and does not infringe on the rights of others. If it does, you will defend and hold harmless Hunters Bay Radio.

Contest Conditions:
Hunters Bay Radio reserves the right to cancel or modify the Campaign if technical issues or other circumstances compromise its integrity. Any attempt to damage or manipulate the entry process may result in legal action. Entries generated by bots, scripts, or other automated means will be disqualified.

Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you release and hold harmless Hunters Bay Radio, its staff, and partners from any liability related to your participation or use of the Prize. Hunters Bay Radio is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or errors in the administration of the Campaign.

Disputes:
Any legal disputes must be filed individually in a court located in Ontario. Participants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any legal fees beyond direct costs.

Privacy Policy:
