In Listening to Your Light, Ashley Parsons invites you to slow down, soften, and tune in to the quiet wisdom that lives at your core. Through her own path of spiritual unfolding—shaped by yoga, mindfulness, psychotherapy, an shamanic practice—she reveals how life is always offering us direction, even in moments of uncertainty.
This is a story of learning to trust the unseen, to move with the rhythm of life, and to recognize that every step, even the difficult ones, is part of a greater unfolding. Written from the heart, this book is a gentle reminder that your light is already guiding you—if you are willing to listen.

Ashley Parsons is a registered psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and author whose work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with contemporary approaches to healing and consciousness. She holds a master’s degree in Psychedelics and Consciousness Studies from the University of Ottawa and an Honours B.A.
in the History and Philosophy of Asian Religions from Concordia University.
A dedicated practitioner of meditation and yoga, Ashley’s work integrates Depth Hypnosis, Applied Shamanism, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, offering a holistic path towards healing, self-realization, and inner clarity.
