Take Over the Mic: The World Radio Day Co-Host Challenge!
This Friday the 13th, we’re turning the studio keys over to you.
While some see Friday the 13th as a day for bad luck, we’re making it the luckiest day of the year for one lucky listener. To celebrate World Radio Day, we are hunting for the ultimate radio fan to step out of the car and into the booth for the chance of a lifetime.
The Grand Prize
Forget just listening to great music - it’s time to play it!
Our winner will receive:
- The Co-Host Chair: Join Grant Nickalls live in the studio from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. You’ll be part of the banter, and experience the morning show rush from the other side of the mic.
- Fresh Threads: Walk away with a custom hoodie of your choice from our exclusive merch collection to stay warm in this frigid weather.
How to Qualify
Your phone is your ticket to the studio. To get your name in the draw:
- Listen closely to the station this Monday – Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Wait for the cue: When our DJs prompt you to enter, grab your phone.
- Text in immediately: Tell us why you think you’d make a great co-host
Why World Radio Day?
Radio has always been about connection, and there is no better way to celebrate its enduring power than by inviting our community into the heart of the station. Whether you're a seasoned storyteller or just a morning show superfan, this is your moment to shine.
Keep those radios tuned in and your thumbs ready—your morning show debut is just a text away!
The draw will be held Thursday, February 12th. Winner must be available to be in-studio on Friday, February 13th, from 5:45 AM – 9:00 AM. Must be 18+ to enter.
