The Burk’s Falls, Armour & Ryerson Union Public Library is hosting a **Silent Auction** from September 15 to December 10 to help raise funds for a new library. The featured item is a beautiful **handmade queen-sized quilt**, valued at $500, created by Anna Branch, who loved quilting and the library. Her husband Roger donated the quilt to the library in her memory. Bids can be placed in the library at 39 Copeland St. Burk's Falls. Bidding starts at $200, with each bid increasing by at least $20.
