What if your book launch could be more than simply announcing, “My book is out!”? What if you had a clear plan for finding your readers, building excitement and creating momentum that continues long after launch day?

With 20 years of experience in publishing, first in magazines and now in books, Jenn works with authors across Canada, the United States and Australia, helping them move from idea to manuscript to market. Through her boutique publishing and author services company, she provides authors with the strategy, support and professional team they need to bring their books into the world.
Jenn will lead the Entourage Launch (and Re-launch) Lab, introducing participants to elements of Entourage’s End-to-End (E2E) Launch System—a practical framework for managing the many moving pieces involved in successfully launching or relaunching a book.
During the session, authors will explore how to:
• Define what a successful launch or re-launch looks like for their book.
• Identify their ideal readers and build an audience.
• Clarify their book’s hook and positioning.
• Determine whether their book is truly launch-ready.
• Build social proof through reviews and other strategies.
• Identify launch-team members, partners, media and organizations that can help amplify their book.
• Choose the marketing and sales channels that make sense for them.
• Create a clear path from reader discovery to purchase.
• Develop a realistic timeline for the months, weeks and days leading up to launch.
Participants won’t just listen—they’ll work on their own books. Each will begin creating a personal Launch Map, leaving with clearer priorities, practical tools and concrete next steps.
Whether you're preparing to publish your first book, getting ready to release your next one, or wondering if an older book deserves a fresh start, this session promises valuable insights and actionable ideas.
Jenn believes authors shouldn’t have to write, publish or launch alone. Her goal is to give them the strategy and support they need to bring their stories and ideas into the world.
