The man went to Toronto to grab as much money as he could in the Money Machine
Bracebridge retiree Edward Footitt is celebrating a $55,000 win from OLG’s new Instant Money Machine lottery.
Footitt, who has played the lottery for decades, discovered his prize at the store, then enjoyed the live Money Machine event at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto. He shared the moment with his wife, and plans to use the winnings for bills, home projects, and his grandchildren.
The winning ticket was purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart on Manitoba Street.
