This weekend don’t forget to turn back your clocks. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, giving Canadians an extra hour of sleep as we “fall back” into standard time.
The change affects all devices that don’t update automatically, so be sure to adjust wall clocks, ovens, and other household timers. Experts say it’s also a good reminder to check smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries while you’re at it.
Morning commuters may notice darker skies at the start of the day, while evenings will stay lighter later into the afternoon.
