The celebrations include a week of inclusive events
Muskoka Pride is back for its 17th year, running July 18 through 27. This year’s theme, Reclaim, Resist, Rejoice, celebrates visibility, resilience, and community in Muskoka’s 2SLGBTQ+ population.
The week kicks off with a drag show at Sawdust City Brewery in Gravenhurst and includes performances, comedy nights, a Pride paddle, and family-friendly events like mini-golf and Pooch Pride.
Municipalities will raise the Progress Pride Flag on July 21, and the festival wraps with the annual Pride Parade and Festival in downtown Bracebridge on July 27.
A full schedule is online at muskokapride.com. Everyone is welcome.
