The driver was stopped on Main St West in Huntsville, and had his ride impounded
Police say a 25-year-old man is facing impaired driving charges after being stopped on Main Street West in Huntsville, earlier this week.
Police say that at around 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, officers pulled over a pickup truck that was moving erratically and well below the speed limit. A roadside test registered a fail, and the driver was taken into custody.
The driver, from Huntsville was charged with impaired operation, novice driver with alcohol in his system, and failing to wear a seat belt.
He was released and is due in court in Bracebridge on November 4.
