The Burk's Falls business employs over 100 workers
MPP Graydon Smith announced the province is investing $400,000 in Brawo Brassworking in Burk’s Falls to help the company purchase new manufacturing equipment. The new equipment, a hydraulic press and induction heater will increase production capacity, improve efficiency, and reduce material waste.
Brawo Brassworking supplies valves for the plumbing industry, says the upgrades will protect 115 existing jobs and create up to four new positions in 2026.
Provincial officials say the funding strengthens the area’s manufacturing sector and supports long-term economic growth.
