The man was refused service at a business
A Bracebridge man is facing impaired driving charges after police received a report about a driver’s condition.
Bracebridge OPP say officers were called Wednesday afternoon after the man was refused service at a retail business.
Police located the vehicle and arrested the driver, an 80-year-old Bracebridge resident, who is charged with impaired operation and driving with a blood alcohol level over 80.
He is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on December 15th.
