The hospice has supported over a thousand individuals and their families since its inception
Hospice Muskoka marked five years of Andy’s House this week with a community celebration in Port Carling.
Board members, staff, volunteers, local mayors and supporters gathered to reflect on the palliative care home’s impact since opening in 2020.
Andy’s House has supported more than one thousand individuals and families over that time, offering comfort, dignity and end-of-life care close to home.
The event also recognized Bob and Shirley Potts and the Andy Potts Memorial Foundation, whose support helped make the hospice possible.
Hospice Muskoka says it continues expanding programs across the region, including Andy’s House at Home and community outreach services.
