The Bay Food Crew has donated 1,200 pounds of ground pork to The Corner Lighthouse Community Hub & Food Bank, who spread the generosity across Muskoka.
Portions of the donation went to Burk’s Falls Food Bank, the Salvation Army, and Manna Food Bank in Bracebridge. In a show of community spirit, each organization shared items in return, including chicken, rice, pickles, and snacks.
Food bank representatives thanked The Bay Food Crew for the donation and highlighted the importance of collaboration in supporting local families and ensuring no one goes hungry.
The Bay Food Crew includes Bullock’s Independent Grocer, Dairy Lane Dental, The Bay and Dreams Becoming Reality Marketing.
