The new bandshell is expected to be ready for the May long weekend
Town of Bracebridge has begun the next phase of upgrades at the Memorial Park bandshell following completion of the structure last year.
Crews are now working on pathways, landscaping, and finishing touches aimed at improving accessibility and visitor safety around the site.
A temporary accessible washroom will be installed for the long weekend, with a permanent facility planned for 2027.
The park’s cannon has also been temporarily removed for repair and will be returned once construction is complete.
The bandshell project is part of Bracebridge’s 150th anniversary legacy improvements and is intended to support future community events and performances.
