The driver hit a guard rail and fled on foot
Bracebridge OPP have charged a Richmond Hill man after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 400.
Officers responded early Monday morning near Twelve Mile Bay Road, where a car had left the road and struck a guard rail. The driver fled on foot but was later found in nearby woods with help from the OPP Emergency Response Team.
33-year-old Eduardo Jorge Navarrete faces charges including impaired driving, exceeding the alcohol limit, public mischief, and failing to stop after an accident. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 5th.
