A man has been charged with criminal harassment
A Huntsville man is facing charges after police say a neighbour dispute escalated into criminal harassment.
Officers responded to a call on Sunday, involving two neighbours who have reportedly been in conflict for several months. Police initially spoke with both parties and warned the suspect to allow the other individual to move belongings without interference.
Later that same day, officers were called back after reports the suspect was following the victim and continuing the behaviour. Following an investigation, police determined criminal harassment had occurred.
51-year-old David Pearson of Huntsville is now charged and is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on April 21.
