The anonymous donation will be used for paramedic services
The District of Muskoka has received a $500,000 donation, one of the largest private gifts in its history, to support local paramedic services. The anonymous gift will fund new equipment and vehicles, directly boosting emergency response and patient care across the region. District Chair Jeff Lehman called it “a true gift for our entire community,” while Paramedic Chief JC Gilbert said it will make a meaningful difference for front-line crews and the people they serve. Officials say the donation reflects the donors’ commitment to helping others and strengthening emergency care in Muskoka.
