Bracebridge OPP have charged a driver with impaired driving following an incident in Bala last weekend.
Police say officers responded after receiving reports about a possible impaired driver near Bala Falls Road shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday, after the individual was reportedly turned away from a licensed establishment.
A 20-year-old Markham man faces charges including impaired operation, operating over the legal alcohol limit, and mischief. He is scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge at the end of June.
