The fire truck received substantial damage
A single-vehicle crash involving a fire truck brought Almaguin OPP to Goreville Road in Laurier Township on July 28.
Police say the collision happened around 6:30 p.m., and the driver, a 52-year-old from South River, has been charged with careless driving and operating a commercial motor vehicle with air brakes without proper endorsement.
The driver also received a three-day administrative licence suspension. No injuries were reported, and the fire truck was removed from the scene.
