Ellas is part of a 6 way race for District in Huntsville
Brian Ellas has entered the six-way race for three District and Town councillor seats in Huntsville.
The long-time Huntsville resident, landscaper and former finance professional says his campaign will focus on lower costs, government efficiency and core municipal services.
Ellas is calling for greater accountability in spending, a review of the size and cost of the District of Muskoka, and long-term solutions to the region’s waste disposal needs.
He also supports using accommodation tax revenues to help attract doctors, and practical approaches to increasing housing.
The October 26 election will see voters choose three councillors from six candidates.
