Donations made until Giving Tuesday will be doubled or even tripled
This Thanksgiving, the Friends of the Muskoka Watershed are giving residents a chance to make every dollar count.
From now until Tuesday, donations to the local environmental charity will be doubled — and thanks to board members, some gifts could even be tripled. Funds support projects that restore Muskoka forests, protect lakes and rivers, and reduce harmful road salt use.
Treasurer Doug Clark says it’s a “special opportunity for people who care about Muskoka to maximize their impact.” The campaign runs through Giving Tuesday, October 14.
