The proposal calls for it to be located at River Mill Park, or on the town dock
Huntsville residents are being invited to help decide whether a private business should be allowed to operate a floating sauna and cold plunge facility on the Muskoka River.
Town Council is considering leasing municipal waterfront property, with two proposed locations: River Mill Park, west of the public docks near the community garden, and the Town Dock property in front of On The Docks Pub.
The proposal has already been reviewed with local organizations, businesses, environmental groups, and lake associations.
Residents can provide feedback through an online survey at MyHuntsville.ca until August 11, with the results helping council make its final decision.
