The town will be adding more buses and extending service hours
Huntsville Transit is expanding and changing its routes starting October 1st.
The town is adding two buses, splitting regular service into east and west routes, and adding new stops. Regular transit will also run longer hours on weekdays and Saturdays.
On-demand service will expand to Saturdays, with same-day pickups now available.
The changes are expected to improve coverage, reduce wait times and make transit more accessible.
