The operator was charged with impaired operation
A Kilworthy man is facing impaired driving charges after police were called about a lawn maintenance vehicle being operated in Gravenhurst.
Bracebridge OPP say officers responded to a complaint on Amelia Crescent shortly before 1 p.m. on June 5. Following an investigation, a 57-year-old man was arrested and charged with impaired operation and operating with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge on July 7.
