Local flooding over the roadway
A road closure is in effect in Huntsville due to flooding. Town officials say Lindgren Road East is closed to all traffic until further notice as crews work at the scene to address water over the roadway. The closure comes as warmer temperatures and rain increase the risk of localized flooding across the region. Residents looking for updates on road closures can check the Town of Huntsville’s Municipal 511 map on the town website, huntsville.ca
UPDATE: Lindgren Rd East now has a single lane open for local traffic. Crews are still working to restore the road as soon as possible.
