The meeting takes place on June 24th
The Township of Lake of Bays is holding a public meeting on June 24 to discuss proposed changes to its off-street parking rules. Residents, business owners, and community members are invited to attend in person at the municipal office in Dwight or join online via Zoom at 1 p.m.
The proposed amendments aim to make parking rules more flexible, including new options for off-site parking, smaller reductions approved by staff, and a cash-in-lieu system for developers. Minimum parking space requirements would also be lowered for several property types.
