Ryker Harris is a canoe and kayak racer with Olympic intentions
A Huntsville teenager is heading back to the national stage in the search for Canada’s next generation of Olympians.
17-year-old Ryker Harris, a slalom canoe and kayak racer, has qualified for the RBC Training Ground national final for a second straight year.
He was among more than 3,000 athletes tested in speed, strength, power and endurance across Canada this year.
The top 100 will compete in Toronto October 3rd, with 35 athletes earning funding and a spot in a national development program.
