Police recovered the vehicle a short time later
A vehicle stolen in a daytime robbery in Huntsville was recovered less than an hour later, and one suspect is in custody.
OPP say a man allegedly demanded a driver's keys on Main Street East just after 9:30 this morning before fleeing in the stolen vehicle. Officers from several OPP units tracked the vehicle south on Highway 11 near Gravenhurst, where a tire deflation device was used to safely stop it.
The suspect was arrested without incident. Police say no one was injured, and the investigation is continuing.
No name was released.
