The statement covers the South River, Magnetawan and Seguin River watersheds
The Ministry of Natural Resources has issued a Flood Outlook for parts of the region, in effect until Tuesday, July 22.
Heavy rain earlier this month pushed river flows and lake levels higher than normal across the South River, Magnetawan River, and Seguin River watersheds.
While levels are slowly dropping, areas downstream could still see elevated water.
Residents and visitors are urged to be cautious near water, keep kids and pets close, and take steps to protect shoreline property.
