The woman was arrested in a parking lot in Bracebridge
A Bracebridge driver is facing multiple charges after police responded to a public report about a woman in a parking lot and concerns about her condition to drive.
OPP say officers were called on Monday, June 20 to Depot Drive in Bracebridge just after 10 a.m. When they arrived, they located a woman who had left her vehicle. Inside the vehicle, police say an infant was found.
A 35-year-old woman from Utterson has been charged with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit, driving while prohibited, and failing to provide the necessaries of life.
She is scheduled to appear in court in August.
