Motorcyclist airlifted after crash

The accident occurred on Brunel Rd. on Friday

A Waterloo man is in serious condition following a motorcycle crash in Huntsville.

The 57-year-old was injured Friday around 5:30 p.m. when his motorcycle crashed on Brunel Road near Hillcrest Drive.

He was taken to hospital in Huntsville before being transferred to a Toronto-area trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.

Brunel Road was closed for several hours as OPP investigated. The road has since reopened.

Police are asking anyone with information or dashcam video to contact Huntsville OPP.
