The funding will help keep the Meals on Wheels program in Lake of Bays
Muskoka Seniors is getting a $3,000 grant from Lake of Bays Township to expand its Meals on Wheels program.
The money comes from the Lake of Bays Charitable Fund and will help make meal deliveries available to more seniors in the township.
Muskoka Seniors has been supporting older adults across the region for more than 35 years, with over 850 clients currently involved in at least one of its programs.
The township says the grant is part of its effort to support local services, including programs that address food insecurity and the needs of seniors.
