The new booking portal is expected to come on-stream this summer
Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions (SMFC) is launching a new online booking system to make it easier for families to access Child and Youth Mental Health services in Muskoka.
Starting in early summer 2026, families will be able to book intake appointments online through the SMFC website and 1door.ca. The intake call is the first step to accessing free mental health support for children, youth, and caregivers.
SMFC says the change is aimed at improving access and awareness of services across the region, while crisis support remains available 24/7 by phone and through Kids Help Phone.
