Police recommend residents call the non emergency line at 1-888-310-1122
The OPP is reporting intermittent 9-1-1 outages across Ontario.
Anyone who needs an emergency police response and cannot get through to 9-1-1 should call the OPP non-emergency line at 1-888-310-1122, which remains operational.
Police say they are working with service providers to restore 9-1-1 service. The public is asked not to call 9-1-1 for information or to test the line.
