Police have been investigating an illegal grow op for months
A North York man is facing a cannabis-related charge following an investigation into a suspected illegal grow operation in Bracebridge.
The Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit began investigating a property on Little Road this spring.
Police executed two search warrants on July 16th with assistance from several OPP units and other agencies. More than four-thousand cannabis plants and related equipment were seized.
Gang Deng Wang is charged with unlawfully obtaining cannabis. He is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court August 11th.
