Police charged a 16-year-old with an impaired driving-related offense following a traffic stop early Saturday morning.
Police say the stop occurred on Highway 11 South near Cedar Lane just after 3 a.m. The youth was arrested and charged with failing to comply with a demand in connection to an impaired driving investigation. The accused will appear in youth court on April 3.
Meanwhile, an 18-year-old passenger from Burk’s Falls was also charged for underage drinking.
