The driver was arrested impaired despite being prohibited from driving
Another impaired driving charge has been laid in Muskoka.
The Bracebridge detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police says officers were called to a commercial parking lot on Muskoka Road 118 late the night of December 13th after a report from the public about a driver’s condition.
Police arrested A 45-year-old of Bracebridge woman and charged her with impaired operation, over 80, and operation while prohibited. She’s scheduled to appear in court in Bracebridge on January 13th.
