Police received calls about the driver's condition after the collision
OPP have charged a North York man following a single-vehicle crash in Gravenhurst.
Police were called to North Muldrew Lake Road near Peninsula Road just after 10 p.m. on July 30 after reports of a collision and concerns about the driver’s condition.
Officers arrived and arrested 47-year-old Paul Gibbons Gomez, charging him with impaired operation and driving over the legal blood alcohol limit.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on September 8 to answer to the charges.
