The 17 year old was charged after a dispute with another youth
OPP in Huntsville have laid impaired driving charges against a 17-year-old following an investigation into a dispute between two youth.
OPP say officers were called to the scene just before midnight on July 8, and while speaking with one of the teens, suspected he had been drinking. The youth has now been charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, having a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit, and breaching a court order.
He’ll appear in Bracebridge court at a later date.
