Pride Week runs until July 27th
Municipalities across Muskoka are marking Pride Week with flag-raising ceremonies in support of the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
In Lake of Bays, Mayor Glover, council members, OPP, and Muskoka Pride gathered to raise the Progress Pride Flag. Similar events are happening throughout the region.
The flags will fly across the District all week under this year’s theme: Reclaim, Resist, Rejoice!
