MPP Graydon Smith says the new funding helps keep taxes stable
Ontario is boosting funding for municipalities in Parry Sound–Muskoka, with the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund set at $31.4 million next year—a 10 percent increase from 2025. The fund provide support for essential local services like road maintenance, water systems, libraries, and emergency response.
MPP Graydon Smith says the increase helps keep taxes stable while ensuring communities can maintain critical services.
The funding works alongside the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund to support local infrastructure projects.
