Programming starts on September 15th with Once Upon a Time in a Cinema
Reel Alternatives Huntsville is launching its 28th season of independent film screenings this month, with a lineup that includes a new vintage movie series.
The season opens September 14th with Once Upon a Time in a Cinema, an Irish comedy-drama set in 1985.
The new Filmmaker Favourites series will feature four classic and cult films selected by local filmmaker Geordie Sabbagh, who will discuss their influence on cinema.
The September lineup also includes The Christophers, starring Ian McKellen, on September 28th.
Tickets are ten dollars and are available through the Algonquin Theatre or Reel Alternatives Huntsville.
