The rider faces impaired charges
A Gravenhurst man is facing impaired driving charges after an ATV crash near Highway 11.
OPP say 27-year-old Evan Beausoleil was pinned under the ATV after it rolled into a ditch on July 26.
Bystanders helped free him, and he was treated for minor injuries.
Police later charged him with Impaired Operation and Over 80. He’s due in court September 2 in Bracebridge.
