Officials recommend participants take the free shuttle service to get to the event
Bracebridge drivers and transit users should plan ahead for the Fire and Ice Festival this weekend.
The town says Dominion Street and Rene Caisse Lane will be closed Friday evening through early Sunday, and parts of the Woodchester Parking Lot will also be off-limits on Saturday.
Bracebridge Transit will adjust bus stops, and a free shuttle service will run from three off-site parking locations, including Stevens’ Your Independent Grocer and Home Depot, to the festival.
Officials encourage attendees to use the shuttle to avoid traffic congestion and enjoy the festivities safely.
