The Ontario Science Centre will present "Muskoka: Home of the Stars"
The Ontario Science Centre is bringing “Muskoka: Home of the Stars” to Deerhurst Resort on October 18 and 25. The free event runs from 3 to 8:30 p.m. and offers interactive programs and skywatching to experience the Northern Lights and other celestial wonders.
Organizers say this year is a rare chance to see the lights at their peak, thanks to the solar cycle—odds like this won’t come again until 2035. Visitors can enjoy daytime and nighttime activities, including arts and crafts with ultraviolet beads, Northern Lights demonstrations, and solar telescope and plasma ball displays.
