The investigation took place in Gravenhurst
The Muskoka Community Street Crime Unit has charged two people following a drug trafficking investigation in Gravenhurst.
Police say the investigation began this summer into suspected drug activity at an apartment complex on Bethune Drive South. On July 10, officers executed three search warrants with assistance from several OPP units.
A 38-year-old Gravenhurst woman has been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, while a 26-year-old Etobicoke man faces a charge related to possession of proceeds of crime.
Both accused are scheduled to appear in Bracebridge court on Aug. 25.
