Bob and Lynn Jacob have donated more than $2 million making a major impact in local healthcare
A major donation is being recognized at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital.
Local philanthropist Bob Jacob has contributed more than 2.2 million dollars to the hospital foundation, earning name recognition at the facility’s visitor entrance alongside his late wife, Lynn.
Hospital officials say the gift — including two recent one-million-dollar donations — will have a lasting impact on patient care.
Jacob is now encouraging others to give back, calling it a meaningful investment in the future of local healthcare.
